MEET LUCY
Founded in 2019 by Lucy Peake, a CIDESCO qualified therapist from the Oxford International College of Beauty. With thirteen years' industry experience specialising in everything aesthetic.
Lucy developed her credentials by working in a number of prestigious salons over an 8-year period, in both a managerial capacity and hands on beauty therapy roles.
With encouragement from friends and family, Lucy finally took the leap to become self employed, giving her the freedom to execute her business vision that culminated in the creation of the Glowbar brand that we know and love today.
In January 2024 Glowbar transitioned from being home-based into a contemporary beauty salon in Jericho offering clients a safe space focusing on results driven, luxury treatments.
Our mission is founded on a fundamentally feminist ethos, to give our clients the confidence to feel great about themselves and their individual style, through the empowerment of a great beauty treatment.
Glowbar is proud to exclusively work with brands that are planet conscious and place sustainability at the heart of their business ideology promoting initiatives that work towards a better world.
