CANCELLATION POLICY

Whilst we appreciate life can sometimes be unpredictable, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment amendments. Modifications within this period will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend will be subject to a 100% fee.
